About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Video Production Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the scheduling and booking of video production projects while providing essential administrative support on set.

Responsibilities:

Project Scheduling and Booking:

- Coordinate and schedule video production projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Manage bookings for equipment, locations, and crew members to optimize production timelines.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure everyone is aware of project schedules and deadlines.

Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative assistance on set, handling tasks such as call sheets, script distribution, and coordination of talent and crew.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, including contracts, releases, and production files.
- Manage communication and coordination between different departments to ensure smooth workflow on set.

Logistics Coordination:

- Oversee logistics for video shoots, including equipment setup, transportation, and other operational requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for production needs.

Problem Solving:

- Proactively identify and address potential scheduling conflicts or production issues.
- Work closely with team members to find solutions to challenges that may arise during video productions.

Communication Skills:

- Maintain clear and open communication with all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned with project goals.
- Update team members on changes to schedules, project details, and other relevant information.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in video production coordination or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
