About the Role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as a full-time Junior Producer. In this role, you will be involved in all aspects of video production, from concept development to final delivery. Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and goals.
- Contribute to the development of creative concepts and storyboards for video projects.
Production Coordination:
- Oversee the logistics of video shoots, including scheduling, equipment, and crew coordination.
- Work closely with the Video Production Coordinator to ensure smooth execution of project timelines.
Script Development and Review:
- Assist in the development and refinement of scripts, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback on scripts and collaborate with writers to enhance storytelling.
Budget Management:
- Contribute to the development of project budgets and timelines.
- Monitor expenses and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
Client Interaction:
- Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and expectations for each project.
Post-Production Oversight:
- Work closely with the post-production team to ensure the editing process aligns with the project vision.
- Review and provide feedback on draft edits, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintain high standards of quality throughout the production process.
- Conduct final reviews of deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field.
Previous experience in video production, with a focus on project management.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in video editing software and other relevant tools.
Creative mindset and a passion for storytelling through visual media.
