  • Planning & Execution: Manage video projects from kickoff to delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource coordination.

  • On-Location Direction: Direct shoots, managing lighting, composition, interview techniques, and talent coaching.

  • Creative Oversight: Guide the development of storylines, scripts, and visual treatments while reviewing and approving final edits.

  • Technical Immersion: Handle camera operation and ensure all deliverables align with brand standards.

Team Management & Mentorship

  • Supervise and mentor junior producers, videographers, and freelance crew members.

  • Provide constructive feedback and growth opportunities to build a high-performing team.

  • Foster a collaborative and supportive production culture.

Who You'll Work With

  • Leadership: Report directly to the COO/CCO.

  • Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with creative, strategy, sales, and operations departments to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Production Staff: Lead and mentor junior internal staff and external freelance talent.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven Experience: 7+ years of professional video production experience, with 3+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or executive producer role.

  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve, and experience with professional camera systems.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in visual/media communications, film, or a related field.

  • Strong Instincts: Exceptional storytelling instincts, creative direction, and project management abilities.

  • Physical & Logistics: Ability to lift and carry equipment (up to 50 lbs), a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to travel frequently.

What Success Looks Likes

  • Project Excellence: Multiple simultaneous projects are managed effectively and delivered on time.

  • Client Satisfaction: Key client relationships are maintained through clear communication and high-quality storytelling.

  • Operational Growth: Production workflows and systems are refined for continuous improvement.
